Selected work

Eight weddings, each built in full, and the tools behind them.

Each study answers a different kind of wedding: a church in Intramuros, a roof in BGC, a garden in Tagaytay, a trip to Kyoto. The couples are invented and labelled as such. Every piece below opens as a working site.

Eight design studiesThree studio tools

Design studies

Eight weddings, invented on purpose.

Made in the studio, not for a client, and built the way a commission is built: every page, every reply, every phone.

Intramuros · Church and reception

Andrea & Paolo

A Catholic ceremony in old stone, then a reception across town. Warm ivory, church stone and one deep burgundy, set in a high-contrast serif the way a parish invitation would be.

  • BuiltInvitation, story, the day, entourage, questions, RSVP
  • GuestsOne reply code per family, with every name on it answered at once
  • The ideaThe ninong and ninang, and the whole entourage, given the page they deserve

Kyoto · Destination wedding

Hana & Kenji

A wedding most guests have to fly to. Falling blossom carries the look from the first screen to the reply, and the real work is the travel page.

  • BuiltInvitation, story, travel and Japan, reply
  • GuestsFlights, timing, currency and what to book, answered before they ask
  • The ideaTurning a destination wedding into something guests can plan in one sitting

Binondo · Editorial

Ysabel & Marco

A wedding in a converted 1930s printing house, so the site reads like a well-set book: white paper, one printer's red, and the pages numbered I to V.

  • BuiltCover, story with a gallery wall, the day, notes, reply
  • GuestsThe order of the day and what to wear, typeset rather than listed
  • The ideaLetting typography carry everything, with almost no ornament

Bonifacio Global City · Rooftop night

Nadine & Rafael

An evening wedding on a city roof, in dark and gold. The pages are floors of the building, and every guest who replies lights a window in the skyline.

  • BuiltThe lobby, the roof, reply, the guest pass, the night itself
  • GuestsReply, and the site hands you your own pass: saved to your phone, shown at the door
  • The ideaA reply that gives something back

Seoul · First snow

Seo-yeon & Ji-hoon

A Korean-Filipino wedding told as the last episode of a drama. The entourage becomes the cast, the story runs in episodes, and the countdown is a D-day.

  • BuiltThe finale, the cast, four episodes, the day, reply
  • GuestsReply, and the end credits roll with your name under Special appearance
  • The ideaHow far a theme can be carried and still be easy to use
Open the study

Tagaytay · Garden estate

Bea & Enzo

A day spread across a garden: a lawn, a terrace and a glasshouse a few minutes apart. The site walks you through it, on a painted map with the walking times between each place.

  • BuiltWelcome, story, the day walked, details, reply
  • GuestsWhere to be, when, and how long the walk is, with the rain plan one tap away
  • The ideaSolving the practical problem of the day, and making it beautiful
Open the study

Taal, Batangas · Heritage house

Malaya & Diego

A Filipiniana wedding in an old stone house in Taal. The whole site reads in Tagalog, in English, or in both side by side, and capiz, narra and a folding abanico set the look.

  • BuiltWelcome, the story in letters, the rites, details, reply
  • GuestsEvery rite of the ceremony explained, with who carries the arras, the veil, the cord and the candle
  • The ideaTwo languages built into every page, the reply and the dates included, not a translated copy
Open the study

Benguet · Mountain observatory

Vega & Orin

A radio astronomer and a satellite engineer marry at an observatory in the Cordillera. The real sky of the wedding night turns behind their names, and the dinner is under the dome.

  • BuiltThe brief, the log, the timeline, the briefing, the manifest
  • GuestsReply, and your own light sword joins the arch, with a crew pass for the shuttle and your seat under the dome
  • The ideaThe real night sky, worked into every page

Inside the build

The three pieces we built ourselves.

None of them is bought in. They are part of every commission, and you can open all three right now.

Guest-facing

The live guest wall

Guests post photos and messages from the reception floor and they appear on the site as they arrive — moderated, so nothing goes up until it's approved.

Open the wall

Couple-facing

The guest list

Every reply in one place — headcount, meal choices, dietary notes, and the little messages people leave. A reminder to copy for anyone who hasn’t answered, a sheet for the caterer, and a check-in list for the door.

Open the guest list

After the wedding

The Forever Page

The morning after, the same site at the same address becomes the keepsake. The countdown counts the days married, the schedule becomes the day as it happened, and everything guests posted becomes the guestbook.

I expected to be chased for content. Instead I filled one form on my phone in bed, and the preview came back looking like our invitation. The guest wall was the surprise. People were still posting at midnight, and we read all of it on the flight the next morning.
