Before you ask

The five things everybody asks first.

If yours isn't here, put it in the message box — we'd rather answer it than have you guess.

How much does it cost?

We quote after the call, not before. Every wedding is a different size — guest list, how much content there is, whether there's a live wall on the night — and a package price would either overcharge the simple weddings or shortchange the complicated ones. You'll have a written figure before anything is booked, and it doesn't move afterwards. It won't be the cheapest quote you see: it is made by hand, for one wedding, and priced that way.

When should we book?

Six to eight weeks before you want the link in your guests' hands is comfortable. The build itself is three to four weeks; the rest is you gathering content at your own pace. We take on a few weddings each season, so earlier is safer — especially for the December-to-February run.

What if our date is already taken?

We'll tell you in the first reply. If we can't take it we'll say so plainly instead of stringing it out — and where we can, we'll point you at someone who can.

We don't know what we want yet. Is that a problem?

No — that's normal, and it's what the call is for. If you have an invitation, a save-the-date, or even a mood board you've been quietly adding to, send it. If you have none of that yet, we start from the wedding itself: where it is, what time of day, and what you want people to feel when they open the link.

Do we have to manage anything ourselves?

No. Domain, hosting, security, backups and the wedding-week monitoring are all ours. You send content once through a guided form, approve the design, and approve the finished site. There is nothing to log into and nothing to renew.
