What we collect when you inquire
When you send the inquiry form, we keep what you type: your name, email address and mobile number, and, if you give them, your wedding date, venue or city, guest count and message. With it we keep your IP address and browser type, to help us block spam. The inquiry is saved on our hosting and sent to the studio's inbox so we can reply.
If you message us on Facebook instead, that conversation happens on Messenger, under Meta's own privacy terms.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare a quote, and, if you commission a site, to work with you on it. We never sell your details, share them with anyone for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Analytics and fonts
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, your device and your approximate location. It does not tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on.
The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page opens.
Commissioned sites
What a couple sends us to build their site, and what their guests enter on it, such as replies and wall posts, is used only to build and run that couple's site. We never resell or reuse it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to handle any commission that follows. Ask, and we delete them.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can object to how it is used. Email loading… and we will answer within a few working days. If you feel we have not handled it properly, you can also contact the National Privacy Commission.
