Viewing: before the wedding
Feature demo
Guests send a photo and a line from their phones, the couple okays it, and it comes up on the big screen at the reception. Try it: write something on the phone, and watch the screen.
This is a design study. Every couple, guest and post below is invented, and nothing here is a real wedding. It runs the same engine a client's site runs: what you send is saved in this browser only.
On a real wedding, every post waits for the couple (or whoever they hand it to, usually the coordinator) to approve it from a private page, and only then goes up. They can also switch approval off and let everything straight through. That page is set up for each couple when they book, so it isn't shown here. In this demo the approval is simulated: your post is okayed a few seconds after you send it.
The screen runs on its own all evening: one post at a time in the middle, the others drifting behind it, and a new post next in line. Nothing on it asks guests to post; the invitation to do that lives on the wedding site and at the tables. It works on a projector or an LED wall of any shape. Open the screen on its own and press F for full screen.
