Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for Wedsite Studios

Welcome to the Wedsite Studios Affiliate Program! By becoming an affiliate, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please carefully review the details outlined below.

Independent Contractor Relationships:

Upon enrollment, you are recognized as an independent contractor. This signifies that you are not an employee of Wedsite Studios, and there is no formal partnership between us. You are responsible for managing your taxes, securing appropriate insurance, and refrain from making statements on behalf of Wedsite Studios.

Scope of the Relationship:

As an approved affiliate, your role is non-exclusive and involves referring potential customers to Wedsite Studios. You are expressly prohibited from representing yourself as an integral part of Wedsite Studios, and the participation in the program is limited to your personal involvement—sub-affiliates are not permitted.

A limited, non-exclusive license is granted to you for the use of our trademark, brand name, and promotional materials solely for promoting Wedsite Studios’ products and services. It is imperative that you do not utilize our intellectual property with any other brand name or share it with third parties.

Termination and Suspension:

Wedsite Studios reserves the right to terminate your affiliation at any time, with or without notice. In instances of suspected breach, your account may be suspended pending an investigation. Upon termination, you must promptly cease using all of Wedsite Studios’ Intellectual Property Rights.

Termination for Inactivity:

If your account remains inactive for a period of two years or does not reach a balance of PHP 3000.00 within that timeframe, Wedsite Studios may opt to terminate your account without prior notice. Outstanding balances will be paid only if they surpass the specified threshold.

Malicious Use:

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from providing third parties with copies of Wedsite Studios or creating derivative works. Any materials integrating our intellectual property must be promptly deleted upon request.

Commission:

Commissions are calculated based on qualified leads generated through permitted banners. Payments are made monthly when the specified PHP 3000.00 threshold is reached. Payment methods include Gcash, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. Until payment is processed, the amounts in your account are not considered a debt.

Payment:

Payments are made monthly and will be facilitated through your chosen method: Gcash, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. The responsibility for taxes and associated expenses falls upon you. You are also required to provide an invoice upon payment.

Bad Practices:

Prohibited practices include deceptive methods, misrepresentation as part of Wedsite Studios, unauthorized use of our brand, spamming, purchasing traffic, and more. Violation of these practices may lead to immediate termination of participation.

Confidentiality:

The affiliate relationship is confidential. While you are permitted to disclose that you receive a commission, specific commission details should not be shared.
